Women’s Only Workout
First and Third Wednesday each month 7 -8:30 PM
Women’s only Workout is a protected time for intermediate to advanced female identifying riders to train together to gain fitness and racing skills. Sessions will progress through material covered in Track 201, 202, 301, and 302 over the course of the season.
The exact class structure will vary depending on experience level and goals of the women who attend and time of the season. Riders are encouraged to come consistently throughout the season.
Women are still encouraged and welcome at all regular sessions!
