Track 302 Training for Races
Every Tuesday 6:30-8:30 PM. June-September
Similar to Track 202, these sessions are structured training rather than instructional classes. The training focus of these sessions is specifically on cyclists who race on the track. Don’t let that intimidate you though, as we have fields from Cat 5 to Cat 1/2/3 racing at the Cleveland Velodrome. Each session will start with a group roll out, include guided work out, and finish with some spirited practice races. We will incorporate moto pacing for select sessions.
Prerequisites: Mastery of skills taught in 201.
Strongly recommend co-participation in Track 202 and Track 301
