Track 201 Introduction to Structured Training
Every Wednesday 5-6 PM + Select Week and Weekend days. May- September
This class is for the burgeoning rider who has mastered the skills taught in track 102 and would like to learn the skills needed to participate in the structured training offered in 202, 301, and 302
Riders will learn various warm up and training drills that are utilized our structured training classes (202, 301, 302) Riders will become comfortable riding in a mixed group, doing a rollout, and practice drills. Instruction will focus on gear ratios, and when to use each ratio for training. Repeat as many times as needed until comfortable with all drills and then beginning participating in structured training.
Prerequisite: Mastery of skills taught in Track 102.
