Meet the Instructors
Fred Monago – Fred has a long history of competitive and recreational cycling plus decades of experience as a ski instructor. Fred teaches Track 101a and 101 b
Paul Martin- Paul has raced bikes competitively for 22 years, including 4 years as a professional, has won 4 U.S. National cycling championships. He leads our popular 301/302 sessions
Bill Flesher- Having an extensive background in the coaching of multiple sports, Bill brings a seasoned and systematic approach to his leadership of Wednesday evening 202 structured training
Joe Nieto – Joe has been racing on a velodrome since 1987. He is a multiple state track champion and is currently a category 2 track cyclist. He has coached formerly for the Wenzel Coaching from 2010-2014 and is a 2009 and 2010 USAC level 3 certified cycling coach. Joe is currently employed as a NASM certified personal trainer for Lifetime Fitness. Joe will be instructing Track 201 and Track 301.
Pam Semanik – Pam has been riding forever and racing locally for the past 5 years. Pam’s speciality is the timed events (kilo and pursuit). Pam teaches Track 101 and she helps out with the Women’s Clinics.
Brett Davis – Brett started cycling as a youth racing BMX and then later as a teenager did some multi-day road bike tours with his father. After years away from the sport, he got bit by the cycling bug as a 30 year old and since then has raced mtb cross country, mtb ultras, road racing, criteriums, cyclo-cross and track. Brett teaches Track 101 and runs the Motorpacing classes.
